How can I share a story with Namaste Publishing?

There are a number of ways to share a story or other thoughts with Namaste: in discussions, on blog posts and through feedback. If you wish to share thoughts about the website click the FEEDBACK TAB, while questions or problems with the online store can be directed to CUSTOMER SERVICE.

What is Give Gratitude?

Gratitude is a feature that occurs in many places throughout the Namaste Publishing website. Whenever you see words that inspire, a question answered, or a even a person who seems a kindred spirit, you can click Give Gratitude to let that person know. The Gratitudes you give are visible to others who view your profile, helping other explorers find their way to the best of what you've found in the Namaste community. And you can always revisit your Gratitudes to return to those items on the website you love the most, like bookmarks just for the Namaste community.

How do I share ideas with other members of the Namaste Community?

We've created several special places for Namaste Publishing community members to share ideas and provide inspiration to each other. Ideas and reader reviews about titles published by Namaste occur in the Book Discussions forum. A second forum for General Discussion is provided for subjects not directly related to a particular title. And finally, just posting your status or Giving Gratitude are gentle ways to contribute an idea, a feeling or a bit of your spirit to others.

I lost my password, can I get a new one?

If your password has been lost or forgotten, we can help you out by sending an email with instructions for making a new password. Just use the Forgot Password link on the login page and enter your user name or the email address that you signed up with. We'll send an email right away that helps you get back into the site.

Where should I inquire about online store and delivery problems?

Questions and problems with the online store or order delivery can be directed to CUSTOMER SERVICE.

How can I submit ideas for publication by Namaste?

Namaste Publishing is not currently accepting manuscripts.

Can I talk with Namaste's authors?

Yes. Many Namaste Publishing authors have blogs right here on the website, where you can read their latest thoughts and respond with your own comments. While authors cannot provide direct private correspondence, your comments in the public area can inspire and draw from the collective wisdom of our community.

Help! Someone has posted my words or images on the site without my permission.

We do not allow copyrighted material to be posted on the site without permission, and we will remove anything any member-posted content that violates that rule. Please contact us at feeback@namastepublishing.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Help! Someone is behaving badly on the site!

We encourage respectful discussion and even debate of ideas, but we do not tolerate abusive, hateful or otherwise offensive language or harassment of any member. Please let us know if you see something offensive, and if possible provide the user name of the offending member or the address of the page where you saw it.

Can I post a link to my product or service?

We encourage members to help each other beyond the Namaste Publishing website with links to useful or inspirational sites. Links to products or services that are not directly related to the context that they are posted into will be removed. Can I change my user name?

Yes you can, along with any other part of your member profile. Click YOUR ACCOUNT at the top-right area of any page and you'll find tools to change information about you on the site.

How much of my information can other people see?

All of the Public Information area of Your Account, along with the first and last name you enter, your country and your picture will be visible to any other member. Only post information that you are comfortable with sharing, a good rule for any website.
