About Carol

I am a 56 year old woman whose spirituality has been greatly influenced by Christianity, Buddhism, and Sufi Muslim traditions, as well as by the writings of Eckhart Tolle. My spirituality has also been influenced by the symbiotic relationship between it and the chronic pain of migraines.
