An abbreviation for “energy in motion.” An energetic condition perceived by the heart through the medium of felt-perception, by the thinking mind through mental labeling, and by the physical body as sensation. An emotion flowing freely is the vibrational entering a state of perceived movement. An emotion that is suppressed through behavioral control or sedation is the vibrational attempting to enter a state of movement but being prevented from doing so by our imprinted patterns.
