We tend to confuse feelings and emotions. Feelings are the deep currents of the heart, flowing from our true being. Feelings can produce emotions. However, emotions can also come from our reactive reptilian side or can be triggered by thoughts. Often our emotional reactions are in conflict with our true feelings.
