Permission Requests

All materials published by Namaste Publishing are protected under copyright law.

Written permission from the publisher is required to reproduce any part of these materials. 

All permission requests must be submitted in writing and must include:

  • Title, author, and ISBN of our book

  • The material from our book you wish to reproduce

  • Format of your publication (hardcover, softcover, online, etc.)

  • The expected page count of your publication

  • The territory of distribution for your publication (U.S., North America, world, etc.)

  • Expected print run or audience size

  • Expected publication date

  • Price of your publication

  • Contact information

Requests may take one to three weeks to process once we have all the necessary information.

ACADEMICS

Any examination/desk copies not purchased cannot be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted under any circumstances without the publisher's permission.

TERMS OF USE

Promotional materials for librarians and booksellers: Promotional material for events (such as author photographs, book covers, excerpts, podcasts) may be used with written permission from the publisher and with accompanying correct copyright information [author/artist name(s), date, and source].

Video & Podcast content: Some of the content from the Namaste Publishing Inc. website can be used and reproduced under the “Attribution Non-commercial No Derivatives (by-nc-nd)” Creative Commons License.

Content with the “Attribution Non-commercial No Derivatives” Creative Commons License watermark allows users to redistribute the content only: if it can be downloaded and shared with others as long as the content redistributed is properly attributed and links back to the Namaste Publishing Inc. website. No changes can be made and the content cannot be used commercially.
